Seasonal Raffles & Giveaways: Throughout the year, ChiFam hosts giveaways with fun prizes for all FamClub members (including one extra-lucky winner, who is going to receive free chicken for a year!). You don’t need to do anything to enter; you’re automatically included just by becoming a subscriber!

Free Samples of New Flavors & Products: We will send you FREE samples of new products, before they’re available to anyone else! You sign up to receive these free samples when you subscribe.

All ChiFam subscribers can join the FamClub loyalty program and start earning points. If you’re already a subscriber, you might already be signed up (and not even know it)!

If you’re NOT already a subscriber, signing up is:

• 100% free
• Saves you a bunch of money on every order (from $32 to $99 off EVERY MONTH, depending on your order size)
• Ensures you’ll never have to wait for your order if we sell out
• Is free to pause or cancel at any time (so, zero risk)

How to Earn Points

There are currently two ways to earn FamClub points:

1. For every $100 you spend on yourself*, you earn 75 points
2. For every $100 spent by friends and family you refer**, you earn 150 points

In other words, you get double the points for making a referral!

How to Make Referrals

To earn points for a referral, just share your unique referral URL with friends and family. Every first-time purchase made through this ULR earns you points!

How to Redeem Points

If you’ve earned enough points for a reward, just visit the FamClub Rewards page (or  click the FamClub widget in the bottom corner of the ChiFam website), and then click “Get Rewards” -> “Redeem” -> “Apply”. Done!
