Frozen: Product freshness maintained for up to 120 days after the date of manufacture when stored frozen
Thawed and Refrigererated: Fresh up to 3 days (There is a risk of product deterioration after that)
*Chiking is a frozen product, so be sure to put it in the freezer as soon as you receive it!
Chiking can be enjoyed in any shape or form, but it can also be cooked in different ways for a better taste.
1. Natural defrost - Thaw in a refrigerator or in a cool, shaded place. Do not defrost at room temperature above 5°C or in sunlight (direct sunlight).
2. Microwave - After defrosting naturally, microwave for 45 seconds (on high power) on each side. (When frozen, microwave for 1 minute on each side)
3. Pan fry - After thawing naturally, cook for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
The Chiking products are packed inside of the eco-friendly insulated boxes with food-safe ice gel packs and/or dry ice for safe and cool travel to their destination. We use UPS for all our packages. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided when the packages are picked up in the afternoon by our trusted UPS drivers.
Chiking is always delivered frozen. We flash freeze our products using the IQF technology, and this guarantees that you get it as fresh as possible.
We do offer free standard ground/air shipping for all orders over $100. To meet the $100 minimum, your cart total must be $100 after discounts
Once shipped, it typically takes 2-4 business days for the products to arrive at your doorsteps.
